English Constitution Party
MEGA – Make England Great Again
WE SEEK FREEDOM FOR ENGLAND!
Primary aim: English self-determination
Take back Control of:
The English Constitution and Common Law
English self-determination (Independence). A legal system returning to the roots of the common law, custom and culture of England. Separation of powers restored in favour of the people, in whom sovereignty lies in perpetuity, not the state. Individual rights respected again in law. Common law and Constitutional Rights final appeal heard in USA not Continental Europe. America did not Americanise the English, the English anglicised America, America as a Protégé of England became the master of the common law and the protector of the Christian faith, God’s Law. The English common law.
A light touch English Parliament
Independently-governed counties, not regions
Fair, honest elections with representatives that support your English Constitutional Rights!
The English Bill of Rights 1688 is constitutional law. It has a supremacy clause. The ECP would enforce the supremacy clause and void the European Convention Human Rights (ECHR) and Human rights act 1998 as repugnant and unlawful subversion of the English constitution. No more immigration. All illegals would be deported. Any asylum seeker with no identification will be deemed as breaking the law. Any non government organisation that is advising illegal immigrants to dispose of their identity documents will be charged and prosecuted for aiding and abetting perverting the course of justice. All illegal immigrants and asylum seekers found guilty of perverting the course of justice in disposing of their documents will be jailed, deported, and permanently barred from England.
Whilst enforcing England’s sovereignty and supremacy clause of the English bill of rights 1688 any Country, principality or political union aiding an abetting illegal immigration will be subject to a minimum tariff on all goods and services of 50% with no limit. Any domestic political union contravening this enforcement shall liable to nullification including retrospectively.
Pensioners and poverty
The English Constitution Party are the only party that supports and campaigns for a National Living Wage Pension for pensioners, ageism is unlawful discrimination against people with no money to fight back. You may be older, but your vote is as powerful now as it was when you were 18. The power of your vote does not age or weaken with age, your voice will be heard. Increase the state pension to £19,760 a year (2022) (£380 a week)
The Government should raise the state pension to match the yearly equivalent of the national living wage (NLW). The NLW is rising to £9.50 an hour (i.e. £19,760 a year for F/T 40h per week), which we are told is needed to live, yet pensioners are expected to live on a state pension of £7,376 a year.
The English Constitution Party respects your life’s contribution to England and will not allow poverty for pensioners.
English Republic – Separation of powers (or estates, Parliament, Crown and Judiciary)
The Monarch has surrendered their prerogative powers to Parliament. The power to veto bad law was a crucial prerogative power for maintaining checks and balances to prevent tyranny. The Crown and Judiciary have willingly relinquished these checks and balances, placing their own estates under the arbitrary power of an elected dictatorship. This contravenes the English Constitution. The main purpose of the Monarch’s existence is to exercise their prerogative in favour of the subjects of the realm. Consequently, the only option available to the people is to abolish the monarchy and elect a president who has undergone scrutiny in constitutional law.https://englishconstitutionparty.com/2023/05/03/english-republic/: Home
Self-determination is an international right under a United Nations (UN) Declaration
https://www.un.org/esa/socdev/unpfii/documents/DRIPS_en.pdf (Resolution 61/295 – ‘United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples’) adopted by the General Assembly on 13 September 2007 and two conventions, all of which have been ratified by the British Establishment.
The indigenous people of England have rights, laws and a constitution. These are ignored by the British supranational state and its current judiciary. Those indigenous rights will apply fairly to all subjects of England. England has been a Nation since 927. It was captured by the British in 1706/7. In short, England is the last significant colony of the British Empire, and we demand freedom from British imperial, colonialist rule.
The English Constitution Party demand, via petition rights, including the ballot box:
- decentralised government – the county councils to take back responsibility for their communities
- a return to an autonomous English parliament with a light touch governance
- a return of the separation of powers via Elected President, Elected Members of Parliament, Elected Judiciary. All passing examination on constitutional law prior to the election process.
- election of local people with the power to change local laws
England has a Bill of Rights. It is being ignored by the British soviet system. We do not believe in manifestos. They are a fraud and support party politics, which long term we are opposed to! Our manifesto, if it can be called that, is the English Bill of Rights 1688/89.
Principle Policy: English self-determination. Void the Act(s) of Union and return England and Scotland to full autonomy.
This move will be supported by international declarations and covenants including UN, European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) and English constitutional law.
We rely on, but will not be limited to, English constitutional law, case law, the ECHR’s Protocol 1, Article 3 and International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) and International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR) article 1, [1.1,1.2,1.3].
We also rely on as international common law rights via United Nations Resolution (61/295) (Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples)
Primary Sub policies
Business (BITCOIN and Bradbury pound)
Build a business environment within England expanding the rights of the City of London back to where they belong, namely the counties of England, cities, towns and villages. That those people have the right to use BITCOIN as legal tender as well as cash issued by the Bank of England and the Treasury in the form of the Bradbury pound.
Taxation
Radical simplification of the tax system. We will set a new flat rate tax system of 10% in England, to be paid voluntarily (no PAYE). This is proven to work and can be progressive up to the 10% limit. This can be implemented via referendum and constitutionally set. Counties may set their tax up to that limit, but not above. The tax system will be the same as the Hong Kong tax system, in effect an English system. No council tax will exist. By contrast, the existing tax code is 11,500 pages and gets longer every year.
Pensions
The monetary system that exists today is a fraud on the people. Money creation must be the responsibility of government and the people, not private banks. The fractional reserve system (current banking system) is a major fraud on the working people of this country (see video at the bottom of this page). Pensions will be paid from the transitional treasury money system that England will create (based on the Bradbury pound, Guernsey Pound and Liverpool Notes). Pensioners will no longer be forced to choose between eating and heating. You will be well paid for your service to England.

Constitutional self-rule
England will have self-determination. Both England and its counties will return to constitutional self-rule.
Councils will be independent of the state with constitutional limitations.
The Bill of Rights 1688/9 must be honoured as well as the other constitutional treaties, statute laws of the English Parliament and Common Law for England and a completely independent English Parliament. We need the constitutional laws which were and are agreed upon, maintained and respected, by parliament, judiciary (purge British Judges) and county councils.
It would be better for England if our politicians weren’t career politicians with no business skills, no job creation skills and no life experience. It would be better if those who stand for election had work and life experience of those they seek to represent. The primary goal of any politician would be the interests of the people, not a party and not self-interest. We would adopt a system where politicians get paid not by salary but on results, and the improvement in the quality of people’s lives. If they fail us, we won’t pay them. Let’s see how many would step up to the plate if our rules were in place. Things would soon change for the better.
All MPs, lords and judges should pass a test on English constitutional law. If they fail, they cannot be selected.
Medical treatment
We will institute a right to try off-label, generic drugs for cancer and other symptoms of bad diet and environmental issues. Full nutritional training will be given to doctors and health professionals. Doctors and their opinions shall not be controlled by central government. The principles of bodily integrity, non-coercion, and full informed patient consent with the principle of the ‘right to say no’ brought into positive law with no derogations.
Borders, justice, education, politics and religion
The ECP will protect our borders.
No matter what a person colour, religion, atheism or sexuality, we expect an allegiance to England.
Politics cannot be part of any religion and religion can play no part in politics, except Christianity within the constraints of the ten commandments.
Justice cannot be part of any religion and must be struck out.
War and violence must not be encouraged by any religion.
No religion may subvert or attempt to subvert human rights, women’s rights, children’s rights and animal rights.
We will implement the law for the protection of children. Abuse of children must be the ‘ultimate crime’.
No form of political correctness should subvert free speech or our constitution.
No form of political or religious subversion may take place in educational establishments (pre-schools, infant schools, primary and secondary schools, colleges, training institutions or universities). England is a Christian nation and will allow prayer at assembly.
Summary
England and her indigenous people have the right to exist under international declaration and covenants. We have the right to govern ourselves and extend democracy to counties, districts and parishes. We have the right to have our constitution applied and communicated to the people.
‘The British ‘Elites’ and Establishment have divided and ruled in such a way as to turn English subjects against one another.
We, the ECP:
reject colonialism; England being the last significant colony of the British Empire
reject imperialism
