English Constitution Party Policies
Explore the core principles and policies that drive our mission to uphold the English Constitution and empower citizens.
Our Mission and Values
The primary aim of the English Constitution Party is to make England great again.
dedicated to the Independence of England and returning this once great nation back to the rule of law.
Re-educating our people of their rights within their constitution as promised in the acts of union 1706 but which has been reneged. We advocate for transparent governance and individual liberties by bringing power back to the counties and shires reducing the parliament to a light touch government. Our mission is to ensure that the rights of the men and women of England are protected and that government actions remain accountable to the people.
Key Policies of the English Constitution Party

Independence
Self determination is the number one international human right and yet England is the only constituent nation to have never been offered a referendum on whether to leave the British union, we would offer the English this choice.
When leaving the British union we would also cut all ties with the European union thus taking back all any power over our decision making, becoming once again a sovereign, independent nation.

Pensioners
The English constitution party respects your life’s contribution to England and will not allow poverty for our pensioners.
No one that has put into the system all their working life should be faced with a decision between eating and heating.
Pensioners should be given a living wage.
The pension should match the current UK national living wage.

Migration
This is not about race, anyone, of any race from any nation other than found to have crossed our borders illegally will be deported and any non government organisation that advises illegal immagrants to dispose of their identification will be prosecuted for aiding and abetting, perverting the course of justice.
We would take back control of our borders and defend them diligently.

Health Care
We will establish a right to access off-label, generic medications for cancer and other health issues related to poor diet and environmental factors. Comprehensive nutritional education will be provided to physicians, healthcare practitioners and will be added to the national curriculum. The autonomy of doctors and their professional judgments will remain free from government oversight. The tenets of bodily autonomy, non-coercion, and complete informed consent from patients, including the right to refuse treatment, will be enshrined in law without exceptions.

Economy
Establish a business framework in England that restores the rights of the City of London to their rightful place among the counties, cities, towns, and villages. Citizens should have the right to utilize BITCOIN as legal currency alongside cash issued by the Bank of England and the Treasury in the form of the Bradbury pound. It is the responsibility of the government to create an environment conducive to the growth and success of English businesses, after which it should refrain from interference.

Education
Guide children towards becoming empowered and independent adults by teaching them essential life skills. This includes educating them on the importance of health through exercise and nutrition, understanding the sources of food and the process of growing it, as well as financial literacy regarding assets and liabilities. Allow children who wish to pursue trades to substitute one or two subjects to begin acquiring these crucial skills early. Furthermore, it is imperative that all children learn about the English Bill of Rights of 1688/9.

The Judicary
We will uphold the principle of Separation of Powers among the Parliament, the Crown, and the Judiciary. It is clear that the Monarch has relinquished their prerogative powers to Parliament. The authority to veto unjust legislation is an essential prerogative for ensuring checks and balances to avert tyranny. We will preserve the separation of powers, and if the Monarch declines to cooperate, we will initiate a referendum to abolish the monarchy and elect a president who has been thoroughly vetted in constitutional law.

Taxation
A comprehensive overhaul of the tax system will be introduced, featuring a voluntary flat tax rate of 10% in England, eliminating the need for PAYE. This model has demonstrated effectiveness and can be structured to remain progressive up to the 10% threshold. Implementation may occur through a referendum and will be established constitutionally. Local counties will have the authority to impose taxes up to this limit, but not exceeding it. The proposed tax framework will mirror that of the Hong Kong system, effectively creating an English variant. Additionally, council tax will be abolished, contrasting sharply with the current tax code, which spans 11,500 pages and continues to expand annually.
