27/08/2023 Celebrate England, Common Law and the English Constitution

Join us at Runnymede JFK Memorial in Surrey as we celebrate the birthplace of liberty and freedom – England! From the Magna Carta to English Bill of Rights and the common law of England, our country has been a beacon of liberty and justice for over 1000 years. And on this special occasion, we’re proud to celebrate the man who fought for these principles – Granville Sharpe.

Granville Sharpe was a passionate advocate of the abolition of slavery and the rights of the individual. He was a pioneer of human rights in England and played a major role in shaping the English common law we have today. His tireless efforts paved the way for the freedoms we enjoy today.

But Granville Sharpe was just one of many who stood up for liberty, freedom, and the rule of law. From the Suffragettes to the Chartists, from the Levellers to the Diggers, from the abolitionists to the anti-apartheid campaigners, our history is full of heroes who fought for the cause of liberty and justice.

We also remember the brave working-class souls of Peterloo Manchester, who were slaughtered by the British Army and British King on August 16, 1819. On this occasion, we will say a prayer in their memory and the memory of JFK.

Please note that the JFK memorial is an American enclave in England and is under the protection of both the American Constitution and the English Constitution. You are fully protected by both constitutions while you are on these 3 acres of Land.

So let’s celebrate them all – the brave men and women who stood up for what was right, even in the face of adversity. Let’s celebrate England – the land of the free and the home of the brave. Join us at Runnymede JFK Memorial in Surrey and let’s raise a toast to the spirit of freedom and liberty that has made our England great!

CELEBRATE ENGLAND: THE LAND OF LIBERTY AND FREEDOM!

We the people are not plebs!

In ancient Rome, the commoners were generally referred to as “plebeians” or “plebs.” They constituted the majority of the Roman population and were usually of lower social and economic status. The plebeians were primarily engaged in agriculture, trade, and other occupations. They had limited political rights and were often excluded from positions of power and influence.

On the other hand, the ruling class of ancient Rome was comprised of the “patricians.” The patricians were the elite, aristocratic families who held significant political and social power. They enjoyed privileges and held high-ranking positions within the Roman government, such as senators, consuls, and magistrates. Membership in the patrician class was hereditary, and these families formed the upper echelons of Roman society.

    1. I didn’t hear you mention the petition from the baron’s committee in Feb 2001 and the invocation of article 61 of Magna Carta 1215 in March. That still stands as I understand it. People are still pledging allegiance to the baron’s committe and standing in lawful dissent. I missed the last 15 mins or so but you’d already passed the reading of Magna Carta.

      1. I did a whole three shows on that with the late John Hurst who was a friend of mine and one of the people responsible for the petition (founding member of the Magna Carta Society) and no it is not valid any more.
