My friends, this is our country, and it’s time we took it back—politely, of course. Take Benjamin Disraeli, for instance: born Jewish, he became a Christian and one of England’s greatest statesmen, loving this land, its people, and our constitution. Then there’s Winston Churchill, who stood as an English constitutionalist in 1924 and once said, “The word ‘England’ means more to me than any other.” Not all Jews are bad, mind you—Jesus was a Rabbi, after all.
The website’s sort of working now, and the payment system’s back online. It’s been attacked, among other things—seems some are proper worried about the English standing up. The 2011 census showed 32.4 million of us identify as English only, against 11 million foreigners with British nationality. Just to be clear, Scots, Welsh, and Irish are foreign to us here—mates, sure, but not English, same as we’re not Scots or Welsh in their lands.
We need help for a photo op in Runcorn—bring English flags for St George’s Day on the 23rd April (it’s midweek) or the dates below. Donations for leaflets, flags, and costs would be smashing too.
Over the weekend, I’ll be filming around Runcorn and Helsby, but we’re mostly waiting for the nomination to go through—Monday, 31st March 2025, 3 p.m. Once that’s done, we’ll sort leaflets for the post. Maybe some to hand out or deliver too. How about a big meet-up in two weeks? The 12th or 26th April—both Saturdays—so we cover St George’s Day.
We also need up to 10 people for the count—it’s an all-nighter, but I’d say turn up later rather than stay the whole time.
