Ofcom and ISD

Dear Ofcom and ISD
We are writing to you today to express our concerns about the violation of our fundamental human and constitutional rights to free speech and self-expression in England. Specifically, we are alarmed by the failure of both the Institute for Strategic Dialogue (ISD) and Ofcom to respect and promote our right to self-determination, as guaranteed by international law.
As you may be aware, the ISD has been named by Twitter Files as inhibiting the international human right of self-determination. We find it deeply troubling that a charity registered in England under English law is actively vilifying people who claim the right of self-determination. We believe that this violates our fundamental right to free speech and self-expression, and we strongly object to this behavior.
Furthermore, we believe that Ofcom, as a regulator, has a duty to ensure that the media allow balance and fairness to England and her people in its right of self-determination. However, we have seen evidence that Ofcom and ISD are collaborating, which suggests that censorship of this right is taking place. We believe that this collaboration and omission of promotion of this right constitutes a state-funded human rights abuse. This is unacceptable, and we demand that immediate action be taken to rectify this situation.
In light of these concerns, we plan to peacefully protest by organising a march, rally, and petition with speakers. We will be marching between the Institute for Strategic Dialogue at 48 Charles Street, London W1J 5EN, and the Head Office of Ofcom at Riverside House, 2a Southwark Bridge Road, London SE1 9HA on the 23/04/2023 starting at 2pm. We will exercise our constitutional right to free speech and peaceful assembly to highlight the importance of respecting our human and constitutional rights, and to demand action from those responsible for upholding them.
We hope that you will take our concerns seriously and that you will take action to protect our fundamental rights as English Subjects muted by citizens, organisations and government of the United Kingdom, the governing state, collectively known as the British.
Sincerely,
Graham Moore
English Constitution Party
